Dear Elwood Resident,

The City of Elwood is in the process of developing a Comprehensive Plan. The Plan is an advisory document that analyzes the needs and wishes of the City and its residents by setting specific policies and strategies to help direct the City towards a realization of its goals.

To ensure the plan is representative of all residents, we need to hear from YOU! It is critical that we get as many community members involved in the process as possible. Attend the public meetings, read the articles in the Call Leader, comment on draft documents and take the survey. The survey is available here. Once completed the survey can be e-mailed to ahenderson@mccog.net, dropped off at City Hall or the Elwood Library, or mailed to the address listed below. Please complete only one survey per person and encourage other members of your household to complete it as well. Thank you for your participation!
