The Madison County Council of Governments envisions Madison County designed to provide healthy and safe places to live, work, and play that is also economically prosperous. Achieving that goal will require informed elected officials and citizens doing their part and working together to make sound planning choices. The Madison County Community toolkit will provide the framework through a series of cumulative, dynamic and informative tools to carry out sound planning choices at the community and household scale.
