The Earth Day / Arbor Fest Biathlon will be a 5k run coupled with a 10 mile bicycle ride. Running will take place on a paved trail within the Shadyside Recreation Area and bicycling will take place on-road, part of the City of Anderson's Lenape Bikeway. The competative component of the race will be timed and will start at 9:00am. The Fun Run / Walk will be 5k on the paved trail within Shadyside Recreation Area. The Fun Run / Walk will not be timed and is meant to encourage families and friends to participate together. Parking will be available within and around the Shadyside Recreation Area. Please refer to the race website for maps of parking areas. Staging for both events will be at the Shadyside Recreation Area Activity Center.
